    Hi everyone, I don't have much time but wanted to post my stats for the day.

    9/8 330 calories 5 cups of water
    9/9 765 calories 8 cups of water:
    9/10 397 calories 9 cups of water
    9/11 0 6 cups of water: total: 1492 and 28 cups.


    :laugh: LOL...did anyone else read my total and think, Columbus sailed the Ocean blue?

    Sorry I'm still catching up....just got back at 9:30pm last night and had to write a speech by midnight. Is weigh in on Thursdays?

    Calorie burn goal: 1930

    I didn't really track my exercise too well while on vacation but I should still be able to get this calorie burn in by Thursday.

    Wow! You guys are amazing! I'm so impressed by how everybody has taken this challenge to heart and the calorie burns I'm seeing and the water you're drinking. When do you have time to do anything but go to the bathroom?!?!?! For those of you who were on vacation, don't worry about it. Life happens and we are all in this for life right? The key is to not let those vacations and whatnot derail you from your healthy eating and exercise.

    Here's my check in for the day:

    9/8: 796 burned; cups water 11
    9/9: 651 burned; cups water 13
    9/10: 498 burned; cups water 14
    9/11: rest day 0 burned; cups water 8
    9/12: 776 burned; cups water 5 (so far)

    total calories 2721 left to hit personal challenge of 5000 = 2279
    cups water 51 so far. Can't remember what the challenge total was!

    Don't know that I"ll hit my 5000 goal. I'd really have to ramp up my Tuesday workout and I have 2 meetings and a swim meet that night so don't think I'll get that much in. I can get a lot in on Wednesday but will still be short but it was a longshot anyway. Good luck everybody and Go Team Orange!!

    I have burned a total of 1,614 calories this week thats after i go to Zumba class tonight ! My total of calorie burned for the week was 1,830 i am going to push myself and see what i can do before thursday . Go Team Purple !

    Ok everyone...I apologize for the delay... I sincerely also apologize that our "spreadsheet" didn't really work out. Therefore, each week I will be posting results like the following. Maybe by the next challenge, (after Thanksgiving)., I will figure out how to post a pretty spreadsheet! I even had colors and pictures of turkeys..but could NOT figure it out.     So far, calories burned are total: 3655
    9-8 = 693
    9-9 = 1309
    9-10 = 337 (moderate house cleaning - Hubby helped with the big stuff :happy: )
    9-11 = 738 (today was also our 6month wedding anni - even tho we've been together 9 years!:tongue: )9-12 = 578 (on AM workout, supposed to go to gym tonight so should get another burn in :happy: )

    Only 2345 left to burn by Wednesday - Man, I've got to amp this up!

    Water cupeth is overflowing - averaging around 20+ cups a day :happy: And, I'm not for certain but the scale was showing something different this AM, lower... Waiting for Thursday's official count, though :wink:

    Hi everyone, I am back from my semi vacation and not been a very good week so far. Not much excercise and too good food. Still resisted slot but only lost a pound so far since the last weigh in. It sometimes hard for me to find calories in the food I eat. Seeing the results I will logging few extra calories each day to stay honest at this. but last week challenge was amazing and I am betting the pound I lost was a result of that.

    Thanks so much Tausha for *kitten* kicking challenge. I have been missing out here as I was out for 10 days. But now being back home I will be more active here.

    I will post my stats for this week tonight. Congratulations to everybody on the last week challenge. It wa a kick *kitten* performance by everybody. Keep up the good work ladies !!

    Hello everyone!

    I'm sorry I haven't been around as much this week! As most of you know, I'm a mommy to an almost 2 year old baby boy. We have been doing extreme potty training this week...and he is doing AMAZINGLY well. I will say though, that it has taken away from exercise time and of course time to be on here cheering you on!

    I've had a rough week with eating...some of you know my past...

    To those of you who dont... I used to be bulemic..and now I don't purge but still have MAJOR issues with binging when stressed/depressed.

    I don't say this to make you feel sorry for me, or to be a 'downer" on everyone else...it's just maybe a slight explanation...NOT an excuse...as to why I sometimes don't do great.

    However, I am so proud of everyone on here!! You are doing so wonderful. I'm truly blessed to be surrounded online by such motivating and wonderful people.

    I sincerely care for you and want you to know that I'm cheering you on!! GO TEAM TURKEY! hahah.. I can't wait to see your amazing numbers this week!
