    welcome to the group ^_^ wtg on the smoking i have quite now for 8years now i think it is :D
    love hard workers im the same i be at my best when im exercising i push my self .. feel free to add me :) and let me know if need pushing or what you are wanting in the way of support ..me i need pushing told what the hell you eaten that crap for.. :bigsmile:

    ill have to reconvert you all into kgs as i have no idea in pounds LOL

    let me know what kind of support all you ladies are looking for as i seem to have not given the right support already with one lady :sad: im kinda a hard *kitten* when it comes to exercising but i guess that's cus i love getting pushed in that part just suck at food choices specially chocolate :((((

    well time to get me clan ready and then off to training for me ... ugh burpies and mountain climbs today now my toe is getting better i HATE THEM... LOL but suck it up and do it...... have a wonderful day ladies and hope we all make better food choices today...

    Welcome Cathy! I am a slow loser too and just quit smoking 8/01/11 which really killed the weight loss for that month. Hoping for better numbers this month. Slow and steady is fine for me.

    I found the challenge alone was great motivation for me, the fear of getting eliminated or our team being the losing team. I got an early weigh in penalty last round - had to weigh in on Sunday instead of Wednesday - and I can tell you that REALLY made me move. :laugh:

    Does everybody have their breakfast and lunch menu's planned for the week?? I am great with that but have trouble with dinner. I imagine those of you with kids at home have a hard time with that too. Suggestions for dinner menus would be great.

    My weight in KG is like 72.12?? Means not too much to me!! LOL

    i suck at breakfast i feel sick if i eat to early usually im eating at 10pm lol.. dinner times i love i make a lot of different dinners.. but usually there any where from 270 to 600 LOL... yes i have the fear of i dont want to be the first few to be gone :( i need to stay in :smile: well im off ladies for a nice cuppa and then warm shower and beedy bye for me been a very busy day.. found out me son starts prep next year :( thats means he starts school we have prep to year/grade 12 in australia ..

    Hellooooo butt bashers!!! After a horrible sickness that just didn't seem to want to END, I am back on the wagon! Had an amazing workout tonight, still fit as, woot! And under calories for the first day in about 9 days...eek! Not sure what the scale will hold for Thursday but I'm determined to work my butt off until then and beyond! Glad to be back in the game, I was getting quite sick of being sick and just wanting to sleep all the time!

    Let's do it!!!
  • Let's work our BUTT's OFF today and tomorrow for way in Wednesday (Thursday for my Aussie friends). Take a flight of stairs, park the car a bit further, burn an extra few and we will be the winning crew!!

    Off for a long walk :)

    I worked my butt off today!! I did 35 minutes this morning of a new Chalean EXtreme weight training program and then an hour turbo kickboxing class tonight, burned about 800 calories or more today!! We can do it team!!

    i have a lot of hip problem i could never work out that long :grumble: UGH... my trainer nelien thinks its due to how much weight i was and still caring my body is adjusting :/ i every now and then get very sore hip were it pinches and leg collapses under me and then i get very sore leg muscles and i have tennis elbow LOL but have learnt now not to fully extend the arm in boxing and weight lifting :) so that is no where near as bad as it was.. muchly jealous .. so wish i could work out like that :blushing:
    so very proud of you that are working out as much as you can do and a bit more well done team :drinker:

    I have been there. When I was 240 lbs, I could hardly not do anything anymore without tons of pain and soreness, but as I lost weight, I was able to do more and get faster and run for hours instead of seconds, and my joints in my knees and hips could take it more.... have faith, you will get there! Just push yourself as hard as you can handle and it will speed it up until you can do more!! :bigsmile:

    THANKS that helps knowing that... as i worry will my body be able to recover after the crap i have put it through..

    Girls i suck butt to night :( im -300 cals i have skipped for 4mins but calf muscles are hurting ... not sure if im able to do much more :( let me self down most of all i have not very great will power at all. grr angry at my self i new better but i just went meh ..why the hell do i do that.... i need to learn will power!!! only 1more day and then its weight in... must weight me self thursday morning and then after training and see what i get ... i know im down 1kg ..

    blah no dinner for me tonight .... just water

    Naomi, its hard to get in the habit of healthy eating and exercising, but once you do, you will be in the groove and feel so much better.... keep a mantra in your head...

    I AM WORTH IT, I CAN DO IT, I AM STRONGER THAN THIS, I WANT THIS, I WILL DO THIS, I AM WORTH THIS...

    Say it enough, (and drink a big glass of water to fill your stomach) and you will talk yourself out of being bad, hungry and encourage you to exercise (well.... it worked for me anyway)....

    Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!! (this is true!!)

Here's to a nice healthy day ahead with plenty of water and fruit! And maybe pumpkin cous cous for lunch ;)

    Uggh, I am up 2 lbs and then my work had a birthday lunch and birthday cake AND ice cream for me today. I could not say no as they already think I am anti-social. :ohwell: I did do two work outs today and tried to cram in tons of water. Just hope you all can have a big enough loss this week to cover me - I promise I'll do better next week.

    I think some of the members on the other teams ate/drank extra last week so their starting weight would be higher, hopefully some of you did that too! :bigsmile: I didn't cause I am still in another competition. Not that I would have....... (ha)

    Fish and vegtables for dinner, I may be under calories for the day. Hope you all are doing well with food and exercise today.

    Thats a bit hmmm....not nice (loading/drinking for the weighin) I did not even know I was joining until the last day and then was told no anyway, so definitely did not inflate my number, but ... such as it is...

    I'm not saying they really did it on purpose, they just weren't in "challenge" mode I guess is more the word. I know at the beginning of the last competition I did not "watch" it before the weigh in.

    Cathy, did you find the right thread with the word for tomorrow and where we will be weighing in? I was real happy with my measurements as they are down quite a bit from when we started in May.

    thats ok debbie we support each other im down nearly 2kgs too :) yes and i seen few others havein bad days too LOL bwahahahaha i so hope we come at least 1st or 2nd LOL... if we come last ill be in shock LOL but i dont think we will be.. i weigh in tomorrow morning guys :)

    This morning I was only 0.2 lb down from last week. :(
    I was 154 even *head desk*
    Yesterday morning I was 153.6 *head desk*

    I don't like being injured. I'm going to workout tonight and see how it goes. Very frustrated right now.
    At least it isn't a gain. *head desk*

    And I feel like a bloated seacow today.... grrrrrr.......

    feeling great today ladies :flowerforyou: .. got all me cleaning done rearranged my kitchen I LOVE to change my house around thinking of doing lounge room when pick up me kids bwahahahah... i did an awesome work out this morning loved me wii forgot how great the wii exercising games i got were i SWEATED me @zz off its was great.. had lovely eating day today dinner is beef chow mien :D trying to drink lots of water... so yeah really picked me self up today bring on this week i aim to get to 102kgs!!! :bigsmile:

    Shelltree you and Cathy did great this week! Way to rock it!

    4 weeks from tomorrow we leave for our 10th anniversary cruise so I am going to really step it up for the next few weeks. Not only to fit into some new cruise clothes but to have the energy to walk the ship back and forth and up and down. :bigsmile:
