@Je55ica_79 I am now 96 Days "tea total". I started with a dry February and then just didn't want to break the streak. I am using EasyQuit App to keep the record. I am sure that did contribute to my pretty good weight loss โบ๏ธ2

That is awesome! Congratulations. I've definitely noticed my drinking has been over the top and not helping me get back on track with my health!

๐ A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning for another month๐
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on and itโs a motivation to keep on track๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, Many of us may be heading back to work after a looong break or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better๐
Pick how you want to weigh as in lbs kgโs or stones
Feel free to copy & paste the chart.

For those unsure how to do your weekly weight input
When you want to do your weekly update do a search for your original post, copy and paste as a new post in the add post box then you can edit in your new weekly weight, hope this helps
Itโs not a race go at your on pace, imagine where you could be in 6 months time!๐
Good luck guys and have fun ๐๐

Hi, Iโm 44 and 5โ3. I have just finished a 3 year battle with leukaemia and now need to fix my body. I gained a LOT of weight from the steroids and my body (spine) hurts when I did anything. Slow and steady wins the race!

This should make for an interesting month. It is my birthday month. Also I have a trip planned during the latter part of May. I lost over the holidays, so this shouldn't be too much of a problem. Except for the eating out when I'm traveling. I will have access to a kitchen, thank goodness!!๐

Hello,
Need a challenge to get things moving.
I plan on logging all my food this month, limiting myself to one drink a day, one bagel a week and ordering lunch at work once a week.
Let's see if those changes help.
Also, doing stairs twice a day at work and getting in 150 squats while on break at work.
