What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I am 6 pounds away from the lowest weight I have been at and maintained in my older adult life. That was about 10 years ago and then I gradually put weight back on. My mini goal is to get to that weight.12

I hit fifty pounds loss and there I stuck. So getting past that will be a distinct goal for me.8

I am STUCK at 145lbs. That is 10lbs away from my UGW. If I could bust through and drop a few lbs, that would be fantastic!11

Mt. Rushmore and GNP trip in August. Want to be lighter just for my knees for hiking. Fl trip in October. Don't want to get rolled back into the water when I'm laying on the beach.10

Drop the 1.4 pounds I gained over the weekend due to wedding festivities. Glad it wasn't worse!7

If you literally gained it in 2 days, you're going to lose most of that really fast.
Because it's almost certainly water weight.7 -
I've kept all the clothes from when I was my goal weight. I'd like to fit into them again

I'm feeling the same way you are(TIRED). I've been at it for 9 months. Been trying to get to 137lbs(mini goal). for a while and I stayed the same weight (141lbs)
for a whole month now. I just started back the losing phase. been at it for a month. After coming off a Diet break. I've been at a standstill. after losing three pounds...no matter if the deficit of 250 or 500 I been still. If I'm going to be still. Minds well eat more food, just maintain. I don't have a lot to lose anymore. I have 11lbs to lose. with nothing budging, I might need to out for a while.4 -
3 goals:
Doing 1hr of cardio daily on my Peloton and building stamina and keeping my 3 week streak alive. I am hooked.
Tracking my points daily for as long as I can.
Surviving the 8 weeks left of lockdown and the online teaching/learning fatigue we are all going through in my primary class...

My mini goal is to get to 155 (3 pounds from where I am now) - that'll be 60 pounds lost9

I want to do finish the NEU8, which are the supposed-to-be hardest hikes in the northeast of the USA. I have 5 of them i need 3 more. My goal is to lose at least 10lbs so i can give some rest to my knees and not kill them trying the Mahoosuc, which is the hardest...8

Getting back up to a 170 kg deadlift at 10 kg lighter bodyweight (pulled it easily last year at around 73 kg bodyweight, am now 63.5 kg)....let's go!!!5

I decided to up my calories to maintain for a month (it ended up being two, from mid December to mid February, so from just before Christmas to just after my birthday). After that the last few pounds came off pretty quickly. I am at my goal weight and experimenting with what it means to maintain longer term.7 -

I'm engaged, I would love to be fully present at my wedding without the constant worry/fear of how my arms look in my dress haunting me on my special day.
Gained some weight during the pandemic, making my previous goal of losing 20lbs now closer to needing to lose 30lbs9 -
Four more pounds and my BMI will be out of the "obese" category!18

When I go to the beach in June, I am determined to be able to wear my swimsuits from last year. I really don't want to buy a bigger size.7

I might need to do this too. Just maintain, for a longer duration of 1-2month too. Then come back to lose pounds later. Before that, I will ride out this May. Then seek maintenance for a longer term. If nothing budge again. On the 30days I have left.

Another 6lbs. I'm 186lbs today and 31lbs down. Rather than think about the 165lb dream, I'm focusing on being 180. It's the little things!16

Because weight loss on the scale is a lagging indictor for me, I actually went past my '150, healthy BMI" goal and am sitting at 147. Not sure I'm going to bother switching to maintenance this summer, or just keep plugging away. At this point this isn't particularly hard/difficult, it's just living. I'm not even tracking closely and I feel like switching to maintaining would require more monitoring than shrugging and letting things happen as my activity's higher. Guess we'll see. Either way next tentative goal is 145. Ultimate goal is probably about 130 which will land me smack in the middle re: BMI and that would be nice.9

My birthday is in 2 days and I want to stay below 130 lbs for it :-). Next is my daughter's graduation at the end of the month and I have my eye on some really cute sleeveless dresses I want to wear and take pictures in.7

I have two days in a row of 2021 record low numbers on the scale.
What is motivating me right now is to keep going, getting through the plateaus and other challenges, keep logging, keep exercising, keep my fiber intake high, my protein intake higher then what I used to eat.
I feel good and I want to keep feeling good.
I am 3.6 pounds away from being under 150. I feel great and I want to keep going!!8 -
Less than 1lb away from matching lowest weight since children! Plan is to match that number on or before 5/13/2021!12
