    Keep going. I am 6ft as well and I was 300 lbs in Oct last year. I am 216 lbs as of today and I feel a million times better. Whatever you are going through, it will be worth it. Infact, you will already start feeling incredible around the 250s[/quote

    Thanks, even with what I have done so far I can feel it getting better. Did 17500 steps so far today maybe I will get to 18000. Have not hit these kind of numbers since 2017! Boy it makes me feel good to be able to move again. AT 306 I just wanted to sit around and do nothing just no real motivation at all.


    Great job with what you have been able to accomplish I' sure your happier now and feel 100 times better.

    I weigh myself every day as well. I also used walking as my main exercise regimen to lose my excess weight. You're doing fantastic, just keep with the program! (OH, and I also agree with NOT calling it a cheat day. Why in the world would you want to cheat yourself? It's just a special treat day! 😉😊)

    I'm trying to stay the same weight for about a week yesterday 18300 steps and had to eat way to much to get my calorie to 2,300 intake to stay even I felt so bloated and full it wasn't even funny! This month I'm averaging 12,300 steps.o76uwr8p1swz.png
