    This has been my last week as well. I seem to have plateau'd and need to alter something to keep losing the 1-1.5 I'm used to losing. I only allow myself a glass of wine on Saturday evenings. There is no harm in having a glass of wine everyday if you are still staying in a calorie deficit, but wine is like empty calories for me. Wine doesn't make me feel full whereas food does. Or up your exercise to allow for that reward of a glass of wine everyday.

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I try to erase the copies that past, and it says I need the 'Vanilla Comments Edit permission to do that'
