Have a doctor's appointment at the end of the month and of course they'll weigh me - I'd like to be at a normal BMI by then!9

I have lost 7 pounds so far in 2 years, but hoping to lose much more quickly. First goal is to lose 3 more pounds, then second goal is to lose 5 more than before.9

To be able to do a proper push up.11

Lose 2.2 lbs I will finally weigh 199 lbs13

Mini goal is another 13 lbs of weight loss, which will represent 4% of my SW. Once I got that, I only need to do that 9 more times and I’ll be close to my GW. This time I’ve decided to take the small goal approach so that I don’t get overwhelmed and it seems to be working.9

A couple of tenths away from 245 - now eying 240. I am really close to reaching my lowest weight since I was in my early 20s.19 -
Lowering my A1C to under 6.0. Lower blood sugar readings and feeling great!!!

To be in the 170's before the end of summer and the 150's before Christmas! I give myself a lot of time to get to those weights since it took me a while to go from 255 to 184.14

Just reached a new decade - FINALLY! I get to update my profile and everything, LOL! Next mini goal, to reach 145 pounds, and hit the 100 pounds lost mark. I honestly have no idea when I'll reach it.17

I am getting to the point where weight loss isn't as important.
What is more important is the cultivation of self control/personal strength, exploration of my physical abilities, commitment to my wellness.
Maybe these last 13 pounds may not come off for awhile. I want to be ok with that and enjoy the journey.17 -
I was at 173 and lifting a LOT this winter... and for personal reasons fell off track and am up over 10 lbs and not lifting. My mini-goal is to get back to that weight in the next two months and not fall off track again.

My mini goal of 12st 7lbs has been met and my next mini goal is 12 stone.11

I am 1 pound away from the normal range on the BMI scale! I know BMI has a lot of limitations but psychologically I want to fit in to the normal weight range!21

I'd like to improve my flexibility and core strength a little. I run 5 days per week so I find that yoga helps a couple of times per week. I should make a bit more time for more yoga :-)11

Trying to lose 15 lbs before an October wedding. I have a lot more to lose but setting a mini goal. I am trying the Slim Fast diet and avoiding vending, fast food, desserts, and alcohol. I walk 1 mile during my lunch break.8

4 more pounds will put me at 50 lbs lost and < 140. That'd be nice.
My super motivating goal right now is to be able to run all of a 5ish K trail I regularly walk. It's a shorter, easier one (still with some elevation gain and all but still). I can run probably 3/4th of it now. I want to run the whole thing, darn it.13 -

Finally reached my mini-goal of 144.4 lbs(and 80 pounds lost since March 2020) from 150 lbs. It has been slow going because I started out with a mental hang-up about it because family kept telling me if I lose too much weight I will just gain it all back and have had a fear of maintenance. Then have had to stop walking due to ripping the skin off my big toe and requiring weekly skin grafts since mid May. Only exercise currently is lifting weights 3-4 days a week. Next goal is to get to 140 lbs. then 135 lbs(ideal weight for my height). Will reassess when I get there because have a sneaky feeling that I have a small frame and may need to lose more.9

Planning a cruise trip for our 5 year Anniversary. It's a little while away, but it definitely has me motivated.6

I want to go to the gym every day next week and do what I need to do to get stronger around my exercise intolerance. I'm getting back into a hobby where being physically strong and fit are a help in not only playing but finding people to partner with for a game.8

No longer be considered "overweight" when I turn 50 at the end of October
And here I am almost 4 years later and didn't do it. A lot happened, and I think I'm going to change up my mini-goal to be even smaller. Back then, I think I had 15 pounds to go from Obese to Overweight (under 160). I now have 22. So I'm going to focus on losing 17 pounds over 3 months and just focus on losing 6 pounds in 4 weeks and then keep building off of that.12 -
To get under 80kg. I weighed in this morning at 81.5 so it’s not too far away now! 😊11
