My mini-goal is to "shred" myself down as far as safely possible by my birthday on Thursday. On March 5th I was 172.0lbs with 14.7%BF, this morning's metrics are 141.5lbs with 7.4%BF4

My final goal is only 14 pounds away, but it is cutting it very close to a vacation (not planned that way, just how it happened) so I really want to hit my goal BEFORE vacation. That means I have to really stay on track for the next 7 weeks. Trying not to freak out lol... Mini goals are helpful.
- get to 230 in 2 weeks (currently 234)
- not use my car for the rest of June (so far, so good)
- try to log as much as I can during my trip this weekend
- pre-log all my meals during the week & avoid eating anything extra at work

I met last week's goals of working out 6 days and also completing week 1 of C25K. However, my eating was not on point and I'm still bouncing around between 201-204 lbs.
Therefore, this week's goals:
1. Complete C25K week 2.
2. Do strength training on my off days.
3. Do whatever it takes to be within 250 calories of my daily goal this week including tightening up logging as much as possible.
I think #3 means taking over cooking from my husband this week. I made supper on Saturday and lunches last night and I'm planning to make dinner tonight as well.
#1 & #2 are done. I'm actually not sure about #3, have to go back & look. But I know I've kept reasonably close to goal all week.
Next goal is to complete C25K Week 3 and to get to Onederland.
Woohoo! I did it! 198.4 lbs this morning after flirting with Onederland all week. Also finished week 3 of C25K despite some truly awful wind 2/3 days. Today's workout was a bit later in the day than I usually run and I managed to sunburn my ears. That's a bit uncomfortable now!
Next mini goals:
1. Complete C25K week 4
2. 195 lbs (probably a 2-3 week goal)

Well, as of yesterday, I'm 1 pound away from 300 (the scale just couldn't let me have it), but I'm happy knowing that at my next weigh in, I should be at 299 (that is if I keep losing at the rate I've been losing). Then after that, I'm looking at 293 because then I'll be down 50 pounds, and honestly, that kind of blows my mind when I think about it.
Today I weighed in at 298...beat my first goal weight by one pound...next up 293, for fifty pounds gone.
As of this morning I weigh 290, beating the 293 I had set up for my next 'goal' (which was really my first big goal). The lady who's leading my pre-diabetic class was like "You're out of the 300's", and I'm like "Yes, I am." So happy, so very happy. Next goal weight...268, which will put me at a loss of 75 pounds since I began doing this back in March.
Well, as of this past Monday, I've hit the -75 mark at 268(.8)...:) So my next mini goal/long term goal is...243, which will be the -100 pound mark.
As of yesterday, 06/24/17...I hit the 100 pound mark. I'm now at 243(.4), with my next mini goal/long term goal to get down to 199, since I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200 lbs (probably the 5th grade, maybe 3rd)...15 -
My mini goal is to get down to 270lbs by July 15. I started 5 days ago (June 19) at 282.7. I'm down to 277.4. When I get there, I'm going to set a new mini goal.
My not so mini goal is Onederland by Christmas.9 -

First Mini goal is 10 lbs, second mini goal is another 10 and then the third it to STAY ON IT! I've done this too many times to keep ruining such hard work. Back on the wagon!11
-

8 Pounds left for a 100 pound loss. I'll need to come up with a new goal soon because I know I'll only keep it off if I continue to improve myself.12
