Good question! My legs used to be super bulky and actually quite muscular too, but as I lightened up some of the muscle left because it just wasn't needed anymore. I do some walking, a fair amount of pedaling on a mini pedaler, and some body weight squats and lunges. Occasionally weights, and some stretching too. I'm not doing a lot of high intensity stuff, maybe a half hour of intentional exercise a day.6 -

Mid Jan 2021 260 to June 3rd 219.4. Down just over 45 lbs now and another 45 to go. I’ve done the roller coaster before, but this time I have a fully built garage gym and motivation that I’ve never had. Hoping I can crush these next 6 months.66 -
