Thanks! I measured religiously (weighing even prepackaged items) and exercised doing cardio and strength.

Ate everything - pizza, ice cream, chocolate, donuts - but fit them into my calories. I didn’t exclude anything.

Never had a plateau - gained some week, lost some weeks and stayed the same occasionally but never got stuck.

Learnt about my cycle and hormones and found out that I gain when I ovulate. Which taught me to be patient and what water weight does to you.
