Spent the last 7 months losing the last 10 pounds
Successfully hit my goal as of yesterday (11/15/2017)
85 pounds total off my 5'6" frame BMI 22.6

Lost 47 lbs so far (while packing on some solid muscle). I have a trusted online trainer who has done my nutrition and lifting schedules for me.

Original goal was 140, but Im thinking of lowering it to 120 not sure yet. It's still hard for me to see a difference honestly, but im happy with any progress
