Started this business on Feb 1st. Down 27.8 pounds. Recently plateaued for 12 days, couldn't figure out what was WRONG as I was eating between 1000 and 1200 kcals per day. Very frustrating. Looks like my body had gone into "starvation mode" based on this and other symptoms I experienced. Trying to bump it up to 1400, even though MFP recommends around 1250. Anyone else gone through this?
Edit: won't seem to let me post the pic 🤷♀️4 -

I don’t actually have too many photos of my body from back then as I was quite ashamed and I’d literally rip up pictures or ask my friends to delete them- but from my face alone, there’s quite a noticeable difference!
210lbs, to about 155lbs now.75 -
@rosedale9 i sync mfp with my iPhone so I can add my steps to my calories. If I were you, I’d start eating back some workout calories and up the intake.2

Thank you for the advice! I have linked my step tracker but I usually don't count those "calories burned" because I guess I don't really trust the accuracy. Making some changes now, hopefully I can get back on track ☺️3 -

Crazy difference 12 pounds makes when it's lost and regained in the right areas!

I never have considered myself as an obese person(but I was, almost class2). Because, most of my body fat was stored around my stomach. And that is the case for past ca. 10 years.
I did try to loose weight, doing exercise(5 x a week) and counting calories. I would always lose up to 5-7kg(11-15 lbs) in a three-month period and then platued for next three where I have always lost motivation to continue. I mean, I did all the things that I was told to do with no results.
But luckily, listening to the Tom Bilyeu's podcast "Impact Theory", I found that previous formula for weight loss is not working as a A4 rule for everybody.
Dave Asprey as a guest explained so well why Keto diet is the thing and why I could never lose more then 7kg.
Listening to the "Impact Theory" literally changed my life and I am so greatfull for it. And to the people who work to help other people and benefit from their knowledge.
May great God bless them, forever!
So, in picture on left I had 108kg (239 lbs) and on end right(01.05'21.) I had 86kg (189 lbs)!
Lost 22kg since December and lost 14kg in last 70 days on Keto diet.
Keto diet worked so good for me and it is now that I am aware that carbohydrates are the main problem when it comes to my body and loosing weight.30 -

Don’t be too hard on yourself. That’s impressive to say the least, even with the few mishaps. Bottom line is you know how to get it done. Good luck in your journey and congrats for what you’ve already accomplished!6 -
Another before and in-progress - was 245, now 152, I expect to land in the 130s.

@Sand_TIger You look incredible. I want to avoid bulky legs. What does your exercise look like to get legs that slender?
