I'm here I'm here! On Monday I was all proud for remembering and I was like YEAH get on this thing! And then the scale was broken But apparently my mum was hiding one under her bed, which she told me about today. I thought I was going to miss this completely, but I hope it's okay if I start now?

Where has this week gone, two days till weigh-in, I have been exercising since Monday most days.

I walked home from the bus stop with 8 pints of milk in my backpack for 20 minutes
I drank 6 50cl of water & a medium americano (instead of a latte)0 -

How has your weekend been?
I have just found a new app called My Tracks & it tacks where you walk, run etc it can tell you how fast you go, distance, average speed, moving speed & total time. I walked 1.51km in 15.11 minutes & average moving speed of 5.96
Not sure what my weigh-in will be tomorrow good luck everyone0 -

I am checking in at 190.0 this week . I updated my weight that i had gained this morning over a couple of weeks and im back on track now ! I did good with the challenges last week and im going to commit to doing them again this week !0

I'm really not sure how that happened. I did weigh myself with two different scales on those times, so maybe they were a bit off from each other. Either way, this means I've lost 21 pounds altogether!
This week is going to be a bit messed up. It's my birthday on Thursday and I'm going to be out of town on Wednesday/Thursday, then doing my birthday supper on Friday... I am going to eat the **** out of cake and whatever I want on my birthday/birthday supper. I think to balance that I'm going to really try to do the challenges and exercise as much as I can.0 -

I'm sorry for not having challenges up and for people in the Labor Day challenge, for not posting the finally sheet up yet. My life is continuing to be hectic. If someone else wants to post challenges this week, have at it! I will be working on both spreadsheets as soon as I can remember to breathe.

I have had internet access problems...sorry! :-(
I also have gained since have not been logging...UGH! To think, I was down to 191 at one point ... oh well !
But am now starting to drop weight again :-)

I have just realised I have not been doing the challenges as from this Monday I will do them from the start. I am on my way to work, to be honest I really don't want to go in. I think I would of put on weight this week, I am not worried about weigh-in which is good in a way. I read my book for 10 minutes without my children (they were sat with daddy) but I should of brought my book for the bus.
