I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format.

I gained 2 on the weekend even though I tried super hard. Sunday & Monday were both soup, salad, and a few pistachios & chocolate chips. One soup was low sodium, the other not so much.

NOTE: I decided to read up on this online because I truly don’t understand this gain. I’ve been working out daily and being mindful of what I eat and I’m flabbergasted. According to my women’s health section on my Fitbit today is my first day of my ovulation cycle. I read that I can have a weight spike during this period. I’m going it’s this because the alternative is pre-menopause. I’m not ready for that.7 -

Weighed myself before feeding baby or pumping, so that adds close to a pound of milk. My appetite is getting more under control so I am hoping to be able to at least drop a pound or 2 this month. My goal is to get to pre-pregnancy weight (160 lbs) by baby's first birthday which at this point is about 2 pounds per month. Hopefully I can get there!5 -
