    This is my month back working out in over 2 years.
    I'm excited to be re-connecting to fitness pal and this challenge group to cheer each other on.

    8th -195.6 YAHOO!!!!! Progress. Now I need to stick with working out and meal prep.

    July start Weight: 196.4 (Weight on June 30th, 2021)
    July Goal Weight: 191.4 (5 lb loss)

    Adding in some more data points. Heading back down again, but still in the same range I've been in. My belly has gone down an inch though, so I will take that win.

    71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
