I'm back! I was gone all year. Last year, I lost 40 lbs, but gained 10+ back. I don't want to gain anymore. I seem to be able to bounce back and forth between this weight and 150. Sharing my numbers with this forum seems to help make actual progress, so here I am!
    🏃 07/07: 152.8
I know in the beginning, the loss is mostly water weight and likely bloat in general, but I still like it!
    🏃 07/08: 150.2
I have been cutting out the extra snacks. I know some of this is still water weight, but I'll take it!
    🏃 07/09: 150.8
This is great! I wouldn't say I ate too much spaghetti or anything, so let's just say this is only because I've finally gotten through most of the water weight.

Gained last round, and average increased slightly. Need to start the downward trend so I'm recommitting to tracking. Let's get it off this round!

    OSW 88 KG
    RSW 64 Kg
    Average last round 63.4 kg

7/1 -  64.2kg. Hoping this is the end of the upward trend. Getting serious now. Gym done
7/2 - 63.6kg. It's amazing what a renewed focus will do! Now to keep it up over the weekend. Gym done.
7/3 - 63.0kg..very pleased. No slip ups now
    7/4 - 63.3kg...focus!
7/5 - 63.5kg...that's less than Friday so I'm counting a win. Gym done
7/6 - 63.1kg Independence Day here so a nice public holiday. Gym done at 7 instead of 5 but I prefer the early slot.
7/7 - 62.9kg kg. Nice gym session done.
7/8 - 63.1kg. No problem. No gym this am ad I had to go for a covid test which is negative and I've done the isolation so I'll be back in tomorrow.
7/9 - 63.8 kg..not what I wanted to see but still lower than the start. Gym done and a good day should see it lower tomorrow.

    7/10 - 63.4kg

    Loss for the round 0.6 kg {1.3lbs}
    Average weight 63.4kg no change

Hi I weigh in kg and also record my happy scale trend. My maintenance goal weight is 52kg although I am happy to be a bit below to allow for indulgences!

Goal for this round is stay below 52kg with Happy Scale trend below 51.5kg. EW for round 154 = 51.0 HS trend 51.3kg. I’ll be using a different scale starting Friday and I don’t know if it reads the same

Thu 1 I won’t be weighing as I’m leaving home around 04:00 and will be on the road for at least 12 hours.
Fri 2 51.4 trend 51.3 😊↔️ Different scales, over calories yesterday and not enough water.
    Sat 3 51.0 trend 51.2 😊 ⬇️
    Sun 4 DNW
Mon 5 51.6 trend 51.4 👿 ⬆️ I’ve not been meeting my normal health goals so entirely predictable
    Tue 6 51.2 trend 51.3 😊 ⬇️
    Wed 7 51.2 trend 51.3 😊 ↔️
    Thu 8 DNW
    Fri 9 DNW
    Sat 10 51.6 trend 51.5 👿 ⬆️

Not a good round for me, I’ve not been focussed on my health goals 😡
