            I think I can, I think I can...... only .4 away to reaching my goal this month. The push is on and I must watch everything that I eat until Saturday. I can do this!6

            At the rate I've been going the last few months I wonder what I'm still doing here, but I'm determined to beat back that voice that says "I can't do this" so here I am again for July.

            Hi all,...I'm a liiiittle late to the month here. In the past these monthly challenges here on mfp have been helpful for me and I'm struggling a bit this month so I found ya'll! My goal is to lose 1 - 1.5lbs per week. I would say best of luck to everyone but it's not luck, am I right?! Let's go get it!!!

 July 2: 270.1. Started today because I finally lost the water weight from last weekend in Chicago with my in-laws, but Iβll be absent next week due to a week in Minneapolis with my parents and my BFF. Have a lower goal this month as a result.
 July 9: traveling
 July 16: 270.9. Not bad. Itβs been hard to do much exercise as my back has been pretty bad. Itβs been a lot of effort trying to get back on track this week after 2 vacations on 2.5 weeks, but things are finally getting back to normal.
 July 22: 268.1: went to a chiropractor Monday because my lower back pain has been keeping me from being able to be active. It is already improving so much and I am slowly adding more activity back in. With the inflammation, I figured i would be stalled in the 270s another week, so a pair of drops on Wednesday and Thursday were a welcome sight.
 July 30: 265.7 down 4.4 pounds this month and within the whole number of my goal!!! Back pain is down substantially: i was able to actually go on a walk both today and yesterday with no pain and minimal discomfort.8

 I didn't quite reach my goal, but I'm still proud of losing 4.9 pounds. So close to that 5 pound mark, ugh.
 Oh well, I'll try to do better next month!5

 HI everyone, I needed to step back from this for a while. My weight was still stuck and my Dr. visit on the 8th resulted in finally being put on a diuretic for my BP, which I had been trying so hard to avoid through weight loss, exercise and diet. That itself is causing a drop in my weight (and some improvement in BP), but I feel like I can't trust the scale to tell me my true weight now. Body measurements, maybe? I can put up that I reached my goal for this month and I'm happy it's a loss with partly water weight at least. I'm going to try again to lose a couple more in August. Congrats on all your wins this month, no matter what they are. β₯4

 July 01: 197.6 Up a bit today. I think everything is finally catching up and leveling after a false low weight due to illness. I think this is likely my true weight. My plan is to make some changes and see some changes! Good luck everyone this round.
 July 03: 197.8 Up and down this past week by a pound here and there. Itβs been a socially challenging week but I am staying committed.
 July 10: 197.6 Another week of teeter-tottering. Lots of travel and sitting in cars. I am still up from my starting weight (which was my lowest in years). Getting a grip here this week so I can get back to steady and true lasting progress!
 July 17: 195.4 Itβs not looking like Iβll make goal (which was a bit hefty, but a girl can dream!). However, I am OVERJOYED that I am finally making some progress. Nowβ¦β¦the hard partβ¦β¦.. To Keep It Up!
 July 24: 196.6 A bit of a set-back with some travel this past week including yesterday. Today I will try for an extra low calorie day to jolt or jumpstart my progress again. All indoor activity is planned. Raining cats & dogs here.

 Missed my goal by .4 but Iβm ok with that. Not a stellar month but a loss is a loss. I find it much harder to lose the weight in the summer than I did in the spring. Looking forward to a good August and hopefully breaking into the 130βs.7
