    Felt the need to clarify why this is a red flag for me. Any type of clutter or messiness makes my brain want to explode so the fact someone could just go upstairs every day without immediately wanting to fix the broken carpet suggests to me they are certifiable.

    Red flag, when her house has an oneven number of stairsteps, like a stair with 17 steps... I can't handle that
    Fun fact, when me and misses bought this house last year, and we went their to view the house, first thing i noticed was that both stairs have 16 steps, which is perfect... in my head that is
