My goal is Disneyland, CA in May 2023 for my 50th (and my son's 21st) and want to be able to sit comfortably on the plane for 13 hours.
I have been on MFP previously in 2016 but lapsed, so come back to hopefully loose the weight I lost last time

Total loss for August: Almost two pounds. Finally!
I had gained since October and been maintaining about ten to 14 pounds over my goal; getting back to it. Lowest one-day scale weight today since March.

First time in a challenge. Started my weight loss at 182.4 on July 5th. I have lost 10.2 lbs in 26 days. Looking forward to finding the motivation here to keep it up. Pulled calories down to 1000/day and following true keto diet.

Aug 01: 191.4 A good way to start. However, due to an emergency with my well, there was no time to eat very much yesterday so this may not stick. Time will tellβ¦.. Good luck everyone. Lets make August count!
Aug 08: 190.6 I am doing okay this month but I practiced some self-sabotage last night. Iβve really got to work on allowing myself to succeed. Luckily I got too full with the late night (extra) meal to eat more. I am still showing a loss since last weigh in. Since I am filled with remorse, guilt and shame today, I will probably do great today. Sad but trueβ¦β¦.

Amazing first week back at it for me. I honestly only expected to drop 0.5 lbs this week at best.
Its also great to see everyone else posting and keeping it up. I didn't realize how much this site actually does for motivation until I stopped using it and started slacking and gaining weight back. So keep up the good work everyone! Everyone is doing great.6 -
