One pound a week. π Itβs frustrating when you work so hard and only see one pound. Thatβs why I have given up in the past. Last week I started a new job. Stress a little higher but food was on point. This week Iβll be taking my boy back to college and traveling so I will need to be very cautious of my food choices.9 -

Aug 08: 190.6 I am doing okay this month but I practiced some self-sabotage last night. Iβve really got to work on allowing myself to succeed. Luckily I got too full with the late night (extra) meal to eat more. I am still showing a loss since last weigh in. Since I am filled with remorse, guilt and shame today, I will probably do great today. Sad but trueβ¦β¦.
Aug 15: 187.6 A good week for weight loss. There was one momentary day that it was up after a travel day, but otherwise, it went well. Lots of other problems, but keeping my diet in line is something I am working very hard at, even during turmoil. No eating my emotions if I can help it!

I've been sick, which is why I had such a significant drop last week. I checked myself on Thursday, and I had gone down about 2 more pounds. But my appetite has returned in the last few days as my antibiotic makes me feel better, and I gained some weight back and feel bloated. Going to wait a day or two and try to re-weigh6 -

Hi! New to the community but not really MFP. I used it in 2020 with GREAT success! Been using map my walk as well if anyone is interested in being my friend there for accountability my heaviest weight was 310lbs was down in the 190βs and well life happened. Im 5β5β and 39. I live at the beach so no excuses for not exercising!
