    Aug 2: 225.4 Have a feeling this will go in chunks for a couple of days as I get over the trip. Still swollen and haven't unloaded the excess sodium yet.

    Aug 4: 221.0 Still discovering how much weight I lost on "vacation". Not a recommended approach, but if it sticks, I'll take it.
    Aug 5: 221.8 There's the bounce. So, for the record, I lost 6.2 pounds in 7 days canoeing the BWCAW. Feels about right.

But, I did wake up a little earlier than I had been the last few weeks and didn't feed baby before weighing, so I know that is playing a part in this number. Oh well, still a loss from the beginning of the month overall and when this falls back off perhaps it will be a good start to next month.

    Well I think I achieved my target for the month. Plenty more water weight swinging in future. Also I’m starting to hit my lower adult weights (lowest weight ever was 145) so it will be new territory for me and I’m expecting slow down in loss overall. I’m 5 9’ and just about size small but I carry fat and water in my belly region easy, something I want to work on (the fat).
