Thanks, Betty! I'm going to spread the word about this thread. I bet a lot of folk would like to catch up with their former Spark Friends. I was besshaile on Spark but I did have a different avatar photo. LOL - this is a self portrait sketch of me, but if I can find the old image I might load it for a while just so anyone who wanted to find me can. I'm mostly over on SunnyBeachMaintainers which is the old At Goal and Maintaining or getting ready for maintenance group.4

So glad to see this thread! I was Yarelii on Spark People, tried 360 and didn't care for it, and have been pretty impressed with the functionality of MFP! I was pretty new to SparkPeople, only to have it shut down. Glad to see I'm not alone here. Hope to build community and help each other!6

What a thoughtful message! Thank You, Betty! We are grateful to MFP for the warm welcome and the ability to stay connected with old friends. Anyone looking for the 5% Fall Challenge? We are here, learning the ways of this site. The planes are in the hangars and leaders were invited to the "Captains Lounge" today. There is still plenty of time to reserve a seat before we take off for our first destination.

former Sparkpeople . Miss it so- lost 50 lbs on sparkpeople 12 years ago. Gained 10 lbs back after Menopause. Happy to connect with former SP members and MFP members.13
