But, I did wake up a little earlier than I had been the last few weeks and didn't feed baby before weighing, so I know that is playing a part in this number. Well I think I achieved my target for the month. Plenty more water weight swinging in future. Also I’m starting to hit my lower adult weights (lowest weight ever was 145) so it will be new territory for me and I’m expecting slow down in loss overall. I’m 5 9’ and just about size small but I carry fat and water in my belly region easy, something I want to work on (the fat).4 -

Aug 9: 149.4- Welp, that's what I get for slacking. I meal prepped for this week though! Almost all my meals/snacks/beverages planned and calories counted. Needless to say, I feel more motivated.

Aug 30: 152 lb, WELP... that's what happens. I can't be upset about it. I've enjoyed the splurging. This seems to be a trend over the last 2 years.... End of summer is approching and I switch into YOLO mode. It's been fun, but it's time to get back on track again! Thanks friends for always re-inspiring me when I need it.
