    @chris5602. I use free weights and resistance bands. I have dumbells from 5lbs to 35lbs. Lighter weights for the upper body and the heavier ones for the lower body. I have been doing the Sidney Cummings "Summertime Fine" challenge and she incorporates a lot of weights and pushes you to try to go heavier as you get stronger. Following a program has helped not over-focus on one set of muscle groups but work on the whole body. Hope that helps.
