😀 A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning for another month😀
We are flying through the months
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on and it’s a motivation to keep on track😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, Many of us may be heading back to work after a looong break or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

I’m looking forward to this upcoming month, I took a rest for September , kept an eye making sure I wasn’t going up, still checking in on the group to see all the wonderful progression you were all making… it’s inspiring , I will return tomorrow with my weights x 😀5

I’d really like to be under 170 this month as winter months come as I’ve changed jobs & will be limited with running/walking as we get closer to winter. This month should be a problem & even November. But just monitoring my eating isn’t doing much for me anymore, it’s getting out there & moving that seems to be working the best. First time on this challenge. Like the weekly weigh as opposed to daily. My real measure of initial success is a likely many months away: fitting into this new pair shorts that would have fit two years ago. Now, even fastening up to the third of four buttons creates an awful "spillage roll". It's the ugly truth that motivates me to lose at least 8 inches around the middle by Spring 2022.
