Round 165
October 9 - October 18, 2021
Please join us starting on 10/9, for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 165!
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Thanks Jaine! I am so happy to see you all are still here! I hope the other lady is ok. I forget her name. I am going to take a rest from WW. I wasn't getting anywhere anyways and they pulled a stunt that just pissed me off I will be ready for the 9th! It still going to be very challenging for me to check in daily, but I will try. Hello Everyone! I see a lot of familiar faces indeed!9

Thank you @quiltingjaine for starting this again. I will be trying again!7

Excited to be here. Definitely need this7

Thank you @quiltingjaine this really helps me so much, you rock!7

I will be joining in this round. I have joined in other rounds, only to fail out long before the conclusion of the round. My goal this time is just to make it to the end of the round, no matter what. I need to remind myself that when I give up, it doesn't hurt anyone or make a difference to anyone except me. I am the only one who can make this happen. So here I am, trying for another fresh start with a goal to last 10 days!

162 EW: 218.6
163 EW: 211.8
164 EW: 211.6
Round 165 goals: Pelo 3x/week; strength training 3x/week; 11,500 steps/day; <75 net carbs/day; lose as much weight as I can!
Looks like this round ends on the day I go to my doc for a follow up on the weight loss progress. On 8/15 when I saw her, she suggested MFP after my spending a few years-time both before and after pregnancy- stalled out around 230-240 despite my best efforts with IF. She gave me a goal of a 5% loss between then and this next follow up. Well, I’m currently at 13.6% lost. I’m looking forward to her reaction, I won’t lie! 😁
