2 cups of coffee with almond and soy milk, 2 slices of Burgen bread ( 3g carb,21.4 protein & 12.8 g fibre) and 10 g butter. 🍞☕1

Coffee 7am. Then had lentil soup around 11am. Bit early for lunch but worked for me.1

Wasn't in the mood for breakfast today, but I did finish off some chips. I logged a whole 60 gram package yesterday but didn't finish it, so today's "breakfast" was essentially calorie free.2

My first meal is lunchtime, as I naturally follow 16:8 (have done for a few years).5 -
Bran flakes, a banana and some grapes.1

2 Eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach all scrambled together, 1 sausage link, and water to drink. (253 calories total weighed on food scale) I enjoy smaller meals and snacks. If I plan on a workout, I'll eat a little bigger and add some carbs.2
