2 cups of coffee with almond and soy milk, 2 slices of Burgen bread ( 3g carb,21.4 protein & 12.8 g fibre) and 10 g butter. 🍞☕2

Coffee 7am. Then had lentil soup around 11am. Bit early for lunch but worked for me.3

Wasn't in the mood for breakfast today, but I did finish off some chips. I logged a whole 60 gram package yesterday but didn't finish it, so today's "breakfast" was essentially calorie free.2

A cup of tea.
My first meal is lunchtime, as I naturally follow 16:8 (have done for a few years).6 -
Bran flakes, a banana and some grapes.2

2 Eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach all scrambled together, 1 sausage link, and water to drink. (253 calories total weighed on food scale) I enjoy smaller meals and snacks. If I plan on a workout, I'll eat a little bigger and add some carbs.2

A homemade bagel ball with a scrambled egg inside. Very good! Latte.3

Today, two grilled chicken thighs, half an avocado, some kimchi, and sliced tomato.2

This morning I had a homemade frozen burrito with scrambled egg, cheddar and a bit of ham in a high-fiber wrap. Plus a cup of cold brew ;-).0

5 oz Fage 0% fat, 3 strawberries, 5 oz of pineapple, 1/2 oz of purely Elizabeth almond butter. Closed it out with 1/2 bisquet integral and 16 oz of French pressed lavaza espresso with 2 oz of half and half. My usual start of the day 5-6 days of the week…1

Every day - 2 Sara Lee Toasted bread, one fried egg, one thick slice of bacon and a glass of 2% milk.3

I prefer the "lower sugar" oatmeal packs from aldi but they haven't had it lately😧
Soooo I had 2 packets of cinnamon spice oatmeal with my coffee

1/2 cup of coffee, then the other half (cold) after my 5km run. That’s the pattern for most work mornings. If I have time I’ll have another hot cup after my shower.
I’m just not hungry after running and I’ll get through until lunch (1pm-ish) quite happily like that.
If I don’t run, it’s a whole different story…

Not a breakfast person so I eat throughout the morning - 8 oz Almond breeze before workout class. When I get to work, I immediately jump into a cheese stick, coffee and a banana. Later in the morning, a hard boiled egg with calcium enriched orange juice.

I bought cinnamon RAISAN bread by accident so I had sad, zombie grape toast with peanut butter and a cup of coffee.2
