When a fad diet tells you that you
can't eat fruit
can't eat a certain kind of veggies
can't eat bread, even the whole wheat kind
can't eat fat, fat creates fat
and the best "you need to burn everything you eat, so eat 800 cals a day and run for 5 miles"0 -
oh yes....and somehow magic pregnant pee will make you lose weight.....if this is true,why do so many women have a hard time trying to lose the baby weight? all their hcg should have burnt that right up0

1.) Dont eat after (something) PM or it all turns straight to fat.
2.) Never skip breakfast because it slows your metabolism
3.) Eat frequently to boost metabolism
4.) I just gained 3lbs of muscle last week!

I actually DID bulk up like a man when I started lifting....
...but then we found out I had an androgen dysfunction.
Now I just do more reps at lower weight. Lol0 -

Not sure myself if this is fact or fiction...don't weigh yourself after a shower because you will weigh more due to your body absorbing the water. I guess I believe it since I weigh in prior to a shower.0
