    Someone just reminded me of this:
    Logging your food honestly is the best way to keep yourself accountable. It's harder to log when you've overeaten, because it reminds you that you're not doing as you'd planned, but that's precisely why those are the days that are most important to log. We all have off days, just try to keep them to a minimum. This Grook of Piet Hein's (I love his Grooks) seems appropriate here:

    Oh my gosh...yes the sugar!!!! That's a problem for me lol And I love how you are using MFP to identify triggers with your menopause symptoms!! That's a great idea! I'm over a year now and my symptoms are relatively mild...touch wood!!! Keep logging...we got this!!!
