This looks great!
I've been making BLT salads lately, using fried Speck instead of bacon ( it's much leaner and a little spicy ) and crunchy thin crackers for the bread, a little mayo, lettuce, and chopped tomato.8 -

Oh great idea!! I haven’t had Speck in awhile but it would be great in place of bacon in a salad. Thanks for the suggestion! 🤗2 -
oh these look great! i wish i'd taken a pic of my dinner...spaghetti squash; tomato sauce with 3 meatballs; and sautéed spinach in garlic. Oh...added 250 ml of red wine...happy to see wine was only 200 calories for full cup! I'll take pic next time. Love seeing ...3

I cooked a tortilla dinner with a girlfriend. Store bought flour tortillas and homemade corn tortillas. Roasted pineapple salsa, pico de gallo (with coriander on the side for the coriander hater at the table), shrimp ceviche, poached chicken, refried beans, elote. We took the picture before putting the store bought guacamole, pickled nopales, sour cream and chiptles en adobo on the table.

Fegato alla Veneziana

Blueberry•Watercress•Spinach juice on the side with a sliced Persimmon for dessert.

Lasagne and salad.

Ramen with smoked pork jowl and mushrooms. I used Lotus Foods millet & brown rice ramen. This was a little different than how I usually make the broth as I had white miso so used that instead of the normal red miso. The pork jowl was pretty fatty so I trimmed quite a bit of the fat off of it. This had a more earthy flavor than it usually does. My partner added chili paste to his as he likes heat. His bowl was much more attractive color-wise.

It's called an Autumn Garden bowl. It has rice, kale, brussle sprouts, butternut squash, sunflower seeds and craisins. And some kind of citrus zest sauce. (Bad lighting. But good food)7 -

Taco night again, to use up the corn tortillas I made on Saturday. Toppings of pico de gallo with coriander on the side, esquites, homemade guacamole, crumbled feta, beef shin adobo batch cooked a month ago and pulled out of the freezer, chipotles en adobo I made a few weeks ago and parked in the fridge, store bought pineapple and jalapeno pickle.
