What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Hoping for my longest continuous jog tomorrow morning- 4 miles. I signed up for an 8k in March and ideally want to get to 5 miles without much effort in this time.
Also was REALLY hoping to hit goal weight by Thanksgiving, but decided to extend it to Christmas. It’s frustrating because I seem to be at a plateau with only 1.5 lbs to go! So close and in the end it doesn’t REALLY matter, but after 56 lbs I wanna get there and see the number dang it!12 -
To lose another thirty pounds...So far, I've lost seventeen and a half pounds...11

My mini goals:
No cheat meals ( lowkey mini binge) until the end of the year.
Although my weight loss is consistent, I'd like to see how it is without cheats meals.
I have less than 10 pounds left to lose and I hope it will make a difference.
Be active everyday even through TOM.
Not the same intensity or exercise but I want to have the habit of moving all the time and not be sedentary which will be helpful when transitioning to maintenance and for overall health.

My mini goal is to get through my birthday, Christmas and new year maintaining my weight. I’m not at the weight I want to be yet But recognise that if I try to restrict calories on days I’m celebrating, I’ll ‘fail’, at which point I’ll just throw my hands up and think ‘well I may as well take the brakes off completely now!’ I’m eating at a deficit on normal days, which gives me wriggle room for some wine, birthday cake etc on celebration days.13

my mini goal toady is to get 10000 steps in the day9

My mini goal right now is to keep the "days logged in" counter steadily ticking upwards (after 7.5 mos MIA from all parts of MFP, I am currently at 22 straight days.) 'Cause while I am here, I may as well get that food log filled out ... and if I am filling it out I may as well play "Go For The Green" ... (what I call making a bit of a game out of playing with snack and exercise options, so that the food log totals stay in the green zone)11

Getting fit as much as possible. 110 down🙌🥳🥳🥳19

Finally hit 30 pounds lost! Next mini goal is to fit the new belt I just bought because the old one is down to the last hole. (I can squeeze into the new belt on the first hole, but it's a bit tight).11

I can’t wait till I lose 4 lbs which will put me in the overweight category! 😃16

My mini goal is to not skip any meals. I am recovering from undereating, and battle with no appetite.21

My mini-goal is to get my weight down about 5-9 pounds again. I feel better with a little less weight. My back doesn't hurt as much, and it's much easier to run with less weight. And I feel more energetic. Hoping to reach this goal by the end of the year.10

My current minigoal is to have a stable weight again. I've been bouncing up & down the last 2-3 weeks and I just want to get back to seeing a line instead of up down up down up up down etc.
I don't have a lot of confidence it will happen soon but I do know I'm trying.10 -
My mini goal is to get under 300. I am currently at 309 so I'm shooting for early December provided Thanksgiving doesn't completely railroad me. My best friend from highschool is getting married next year and i want to as close to 200 by his wedding date as possible.13

Tomorrow will be 30 straight days of logging into MFP (and tracking food / exercise as I am here anyway ... ) following a 7.5 month stretch of being "missing in action" from all areas of MFP.
My next mini-goal is to double down and make it a full 60 days - two months of daily showing up (no matter the %s of good vs not-so-good vs downright ugly choices during the day and across the week / month).
And the end of those 60 days will have included the WHOOOOOOOOLE Holly Daze period .... which the stores around here seem to think started Full Bore the day after Halloween.
We have even had a "Christmas / Seasonal music programming 24/7 " radio station since about mid-Nov .... (I don't have the radio on much .... I tend to feel Dec 1 is PLENTY early enough for that as an option)8 -
My previous mini goal was to be under 180. I'm now 3 lbs away! Adding another: to be out of the obese and into the overweight category for BMI.15

I have two:
1. To build a habit of not thinking about food all day
2. To lose weight along with my best friend, so we can both feel the achievement!13 -

I will have to push my mileage & skip rest days to complete 456 miles by then, and I'm willing to do it (short-term LOL). I'm at 377.99 so only 78.01 miles to go!
On the bright side, workplace group hikes at lunchtime have returned, and I can count that distance as well. Also, I enjoy seeing the constellation Orion on early morning walks with dog, and that will end this weekend. It will be too bright to see once the clocks change, and I'm not getting up to walk at 5 a.m. just to see Orion. LOL
YAY! I finished the virtual shoreline challenge distance 2X (total of 456 miles from June 12 to Nov. 25) two days early. Not too shabby for 64 years old.17 -
Congratulations!! That's a great feat, 456 miles!!7

I want to lose 30 pounds and be a healthier daddy for my little girl16

Can you tell me the name of the "virtual shoreline challenge" arranger / sponsor / company? Do they have other challenges?
I see a site called https://theconqueror.events that has various choices ranging from 21 miles to 2280 miles ....
and some others that seem to be specific lakeshore stretches.

I am 3.5 pounds away from officially being overweight versus obese. My mini goal is to lose 5 pounds so I'm that weight with clothes on.16

Now that I finally know how to walk, I am going to climb the tallest peak in Texas! The Guadalupe. It is only 8.5 miles round trip. I walked 4.5 miles this morning. This will also be the first time I even considered climbing a mountain. Previously I would have thought, "who does this sort of thing? Young kids all into proving stuff and things?" Evidently, also older females who were previously chronically ill, sometimes bedridden and generally sedentary are really excited to get out of the dang sick bed! And randomly rope the husband into agreeing to climb a mountain! I couldn't even ask him outright I kind of slyly over time worked it into conversation and permission. I didn't think I could handle the shock on his face otherwise. But he said we could go, and so now my morning walk is uber motivating!!17

I am between sizes right now. Size 14 is a bit too loose and I can fit in some stretchy size 12 pants but I have some old non-stretchy size 12 Levy's that I can't zip up yet. When I was younger I had wide hips and small waist, but now, the pants fit in the hips but I have too much fat in my belly, ergo, I don't have a small waist anymore.:( So my mini goal is to being able to fit in those Levy's jeans.10

To say Goodbye to the 160s and Hello to the 150s by New Year's Day. I'm at 162.4 today. Almost 3 pounds to go. On the other hand, it would be a nice Christmas gift. At 4ft 11 inches tall, weight loss is very slow going. I'll be happy if I see it by New Year's Day with all the potential eating between now and then.13

I have one more belt notch to go until I need to buy a smaller belt 😁
I bought jeans today without trying them on - they looked tiny!
They fit perfectly 😁10 -
Dec:
*increase my average daily steps to 6k/day (I joined the MFP Step Challenge!)
*increase my daily H20 intake to 64oz4 -
I'm currently the smallest I've ever been in my life. The holidays have always been tough for me so I'm just going to focus on maintaining and getting stronger this month. My goal is to be able to do stand up paddle boarding. Tried awhile back and I wasn't strong enough to get on. I took advantage of some black Friday sales and my sun shirt came in the mail (figure it might be easier to get on if I don't have to worry about a wardrobe malfunction lol). It fits great. I just want it to also fit in April or whenever it gets hotter and I'm ready to attempt SUP again.10
