    Wednesday is my normal weigh-in. Glad to see some change going down. So far 1.5lbs

    I have been having problems logging into Community with the app. I have to go through the internet. Wednesday is my normal weigh-in and I lost.

    November 17 184.5 lbs ⬇️ My regular Wednesday weigh-in. This month has been more consistent in the weight fluctuations. I am down 1.5 lbs mid month. A couple things I have noticed for myself is not drinking enough water does make a difference in the peaks of my weight gain. Always been a big water drinker but I have to be more diligent. Also reduces the carbs in the morning have been helping. Carbs are my weakness.

    Im so bummed I can’t weigh in and I’m not getting my steps in! I am back to tracking calories daily but until I get home I won’t know what or if I’ve done well. I’m doing an hour of yoga a day for strength though so building muscle is key to upping my metabolism.

    5’5” 52 years old. Highest weight 138 (this summer)
    Back from Spain and on a mission to fit into my wardrobe (125). Goal = 4 lbs for November, lots of days I can’t weigh in but I’m going to track calories.

    11/26.…..193.4…..(Trend Weight 189.8)……I made a smaller version of Thanksgiving dinner last night for myself, son and a handyman that was here. Late dinner at 9:00 PM and early rise and weigh-in this morning. Shocked but it was a lot of starch with the mashed potatoes, gravy and dinner rolls (among other things). My big family feast will be on Sunday and that’s when the pies come out! Yikes! Me and pies are like besties! I don’t have them any other time of the year but holidays so I know I will be partaking which will likely make these numbers worse. What can I do today and tomorrow (before the big feast) to help? Well……a lot. A WHOLE LOT.
