Just hoping to get back into a good routine! Goal is to lose 15 pounds. My workouts are basic, usually a mile run M/W/F and arms or legs on T/TH. I'm hoping to find better recipes here, I make really boring food and I want something better.
Would love to find friends here with similar goals for accountability.
