Hi there! I just returned after not doing anything for about 4 months. I started 11/27. I am on Keto, Intermittent fasting 16/8, exercising, and paying attention to my caloric intake.
I have been fasting on and off in the last 4 months but only doing 12/12 or 14/10. This is why I did't gain too much back. Since I have started back I have lost 10 pounds.1 -
