Trying to do small, realistic increments
SW: 143lbs
CW: 140lbs
GW by Jan 1st: 136lbs2 -
I have a goal for 31st Dec so basically yes! I want to get to 140lbs by then. I hope to get there by mid December really so that I can have a bit of buffer room for Christmas and New Year. I'm at 157lbs now so that gives me 3 months to lose 17lbs which is just over 1lb a week- might be doable but if I don't quite make it then no biggy, it just gives me a head start on the 'New Year, New Me' lot 😜
Once I get to 140lbs I think I'll try and maintain for a while and focus on my fitness then try to lose another 10lbs or so by early summer.

I'm back! Today is "November 16th" and good news! I've made it to (137.0) finally : ). (137.6) to be exact* Took a long time to get here. Glad I made it, this isn't the only GW. This is just one small goal acquired .That took months and months(Me not doing all I know I should have. Weigh that food and all condiments.. Am back, it's Dec14th!,and Down to 135.8(-1.8lbs) I know slow but better than losing zero.
The small loss are adding up. Much more than what I thought. I'm set at- 0.5 Lbs per week.
So my goal did change a little over time.The last goal for this year. Is to be at 135.0 Exactly. If lower, that's fine too. I'll be back on Dec 28th. With a 4th WL loss update, Good day everyone : ).1 -
Today is 12/14/2021! Yes, I will join you in making a goal for Jan 1st. I will continue to work out 3 times a week for an hour and log all my meals on MyFitnessPal. I don't lose fast and I only have 17 days, so I will make my goal to lose 4 pounds. Goal will be 171.4

12/31 (target 139.4)144.2 (+4.2) Well I didn't make it back to goal as in the last 10 days I've been eating and drinking whatever I want so have put on a bit but I'm not too worried, I think I've set myself back a month but in the grand scheme of things it's no disaster, just got to get my head back in the game! Going out tonight for NYE then a cooked breakfast and a walk tomorrow, close the door on 2021 and start again with a clean slate.
Congrats to everyone, December is HARD but we kept accountable and kept posting so be proud!
