    Food for thought:

Several of us are struggling, several of us are making progress with goals. Keep in mind that we don't fail unless we give up, and this thread helps with accountability and motivation to keep going. I've also noticed a couple people's numbers are where I wish mine were, and they would like to be where someone else is. Regardless of your scale number, it's exactly where someone else wishes they were. Stay positive - we'll get there!

Someone mentioned brain storming for stress relief ideas not involving exercise, due to an injury. What's your recommendation?

@nikkit321 Thanks for the words of wisdom and encouragement. I needed it today especially!

    January SW 212lbs
    CW 212lbs
4/1 calorie intake = 1646 (+100 over budget). Only 1 bottle of water. Exercises complete.
5/1 calories = 1805 (+230 over budget). 2 bottles of water. Exercises complete.
Need to find healthier snacks to have in the house.
    6/1 calories = 1488 (+32 over budget)
1 bottle of water. No exercise.
At least calories were better today. Shame I didn't manage to exercise or to drink enough water, otherwise it would of been a great day.
    7/1 calories = 1973 (+517 over) 2 bottles of water. No exercises.
What is wrong with me 😭 must stay within calorie goal tomorrow
8/1 calories = 1856 (+400 over) 1 bottle of water. No exercise. Another bad day 😭just keep making wrong choices and tomorrow isn't going to be good either as I'm going out for Chinese food tomorrow night 🤦‍♀️ don't expect a loss when I weigh myself in the next few days (as long as my scales are not broken, hopefully its just the batteries 🤦‍♀️)
9/1 calories = 2114 (+688 over) 1 bottle of water. Lots of walking on crutches.
I've only guessed calories consumed at chinese buffet.
10/1 calories = 1060 (-396 under) no water. No exercise. I didn't mean to be under calories today, was just so busy that I didn't have time to eat or drink. Will have a perfect day tomorrow 😁👍
11/1 calories = 2266 (+810 over) 2 bottles of water. No exercises. So much for having a 'perfect day' 😭after my lunch I was sooo hungry it was difficult not to eat everything in sight 🙈will try harder tomorrow. Might weigh myself in the morning, don't think I'll see any loss tho 🤦‍♀️
    12/1 calories =
    13/1 calories =
    14/1 calories =
    15/1 calories =
