    Round 175

Please join us! Starting on 1/17 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 175
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

@chdyer4566 I am an intermittent faster. I was doing that before I knew it had a name. Never a breakfast person, even in elementary, jr. high and high school, I skipped breakfast and at lunch and dinner. Back then though I snacked on junk between. On WW my snacking changed but still - fruit has sugar and I was eating way too much. I committed to LCHF/keto 4.5 years ago and realized that I could feel satisfied with so much less. I stick to really low total carbs. Eat healthy meats and vegetables with occasional fruit (mainly a few berries.) Oops I seem to have gotten back on my soapbox! Sorry. I love IF. There is a FB group “The Fasting Method Network” with Jason Fung and Megan Ramos.

I use measurements because they aren't affected by salt intake

    Round 173 107.0 down to 105.6 cm
    Round 174 106.2 down to 104.8 cm

17 104.5 106.5 3 minutes run planned for today, I'll probably over eat because I want to treat myself

@chdyer4566 – I do intermittent fasting 4 to 5 days a week. (M-F and sometimes on Saturday) It was recommended to me by my PCP years ago. I did it off and on for 2 years while doing WW. Then I started back doing 10-day challenges and am getting more serious with it. So far, I have been doing pretty good. I have been working on consistency. I am ready to get this body at a healthier weight.

I started reading “The Obesity Code” by Jason Fung MD last week. He made another book about Intermittent Fasting that is supposed to be good also.
