    @chdyer4566 – I do intermittent fasting 4 to 5 days a week. (M-F and sometimes on Saturday) It was recommended to me by my PCP years ago. I did it off and on for 2 years while doing WW. Then I started back doing 10-day challenges and am getting more serious with it. So far, I have been doing pretty good. I have been working on consistency. I am ready to get this body at a healthier weight.

    I started reading “The Obesity Code” by Jason Fung MD last week. He made another book about Intermittent Fasting that is supposed to be good also.

    @chdyer4566 & @IsMollyReallyHungry I confess that I am a Fung-aholic! I started with The Obesity Code, then the ebook of The Diabetes Code and hard copies of The Complete Guide to Fasting and Life in The Fasting Lane.

    I found “The Complete” a little too much too early in my journey.

    What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.

    People say keto/LCHF isn’t sustainable but I’ve been doing it for over 4 years with amazing results!

    This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
