I want to drop 25 pounds by June...my daughter's Girl Scout troop is heading to a water park, and I am not ready to be in front of all those other moms in a swim suit quite yet! 5lbs or so a month will get me there with a bit less embarrassment about what I have done to body by "letting myself go."11

Sister is visiting in the beginning of April. Last saw her in person at New Years. I want her to be able to see a noticeable difference after 3 months apart. Preferably be 190 or less by then.10

I’m currently aiming for the first 5kgs to go, so the number on the scale I’m aiming for is 95. I’m back on track with my logging this month so next months goal is to work up to working out at the gym 3 days a week5

- Start talking to yourself the way you would talk to your Mom or daughter if they had extra weight. Don't compare yourself to others. We are all so individual and I am sure you have so much to offer. You are beautiful in any body shape.

stay below 225. I was 225 even this morning, so just a smidge more

My current goal weight is set at 145, and I've gone from 173 to about 153 over the last 6 months (the slow and steady plan!). Just a little bit more to go! My sights are set on getting under 150 right now. Then goal weight. Then it will be time to set a new goal.11

For me, it's exercising at least 5 days a week to pump up the endorphins, feel good, and get hooked on them to boost my weight loss. Hope you guys are reaching all your mini-goals!12

Breaking through 185 and looking forward to 180 - wearing the regular size 14 Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda style jeans more often since they will soon be too big!! Down from women's size 20 last January.15

My goal is to get back into a healthy weight range, temporary goal to be back down to 155.
But I also want to remember that my scale just gives a number and not my worth.13 -
74.8Kg will mark 30Kg gone. I’m currently sitting at 75.3 (well when I weighed in Monday I was) I have had a couple of blow out days so I’m not sure I will make it this weigh in on Monday- it’s currently Saturday afternoon in Australia and my blow outs were yesterday and Thursday 🤦🏻♀️😂5

My mini goal is to break the 200 lbs. mark on my scale. I have lost 17lbs. 2 inches on waist, chest, and hips since I started my keto low carb and OMAD lifestyle Jan. 2, 2022. So close to the 200 mark.. that's my mini goal right now.12

Either to wear size 14 jeans or get under 200lbs (which is roughly 15 lbs away). I think I'll probably reach size 14 first, but we'll see.12

I put on too much weight after being furloughed over the pandemic so I'm back here to take off that pesky 40 pounds from the past 2 years. My mini-goal is to drop some of it by my birthday in July. Don't really care how much! Just want to get it back off.8

Getting to 138. Currently 143 but got down to 138 last year and got derailed so my initial goal is to get back to my 2021 low then on to reaching my goal of 115 by my 40th bday in July!!10

1)Losing 1lb a week until my cruise in March.
1) Try again not drinking Coke this week. (I had previously been drinking 1 or 2 a day) Last week i failed but only drank 2 in the week. Hoping this week i drink none. Baby steps until i don't have the craving to drink them at all.15 -
1-1-22 I was 180.6 and down 57 pounds.
NOW I am fighting to see the 170s and STAY THERE.13
