    this is my second round of doing this one. on level 1 the last set of 3,2,1's you do butterflies...anyways I decided to do one her way with 10 pounds and the second set my way which is to start at the top and instead of going to the side I go straight above my head with the 10 pounds. Wow do I feel it in the back of my arms...apparently a muscle I don't use much :laugh:

    D1L1 done..woot!! my legs kept cramping up but i kept going..my left calf is still cramping up some.. quest i have is how do i added that to my exercise for today?

    day 4 level 1 complete :)) is anyone doing other things besides the shred? i am doing so cardio on the side. gotta love my treadmill. and guys, i cheated today and redid my measurements, i was shocked to see they already changed!!! 6 more days til i post all about it :))

    D4 done. I am also jogging 20 to 30 minutes a day when I have time. Really struggle with the press ups and the 'butt kicks'. Muscles a bit sore especially in upper body. Abs do feel tighter though.
