Hard work in terms of resistance training, increased cardio and focusing on my diet! I put my body through hell some days but it's been worth it! 2 months, 20 lbs down! (The Photos below are two months apart)! Celebrating the small wins but I have the larger goals I want to accomplish 💪🏼My face looks so different today and my body has also been changing for the better! It was hard to look at myself in the mirror for a while but I've honestly been trying to put in hard work and nurture my mental health as well as physical health! Life is all about growth ☯️🙂💪🏼🧠✌🏼😌I decided to post this photo due to a comment from a friend on IG regarding my face and some amazing words 😌Be confident, keep working on your goals y'all! Let's crush it this year!😊🤙💪🏼🌎😌

Before: (2007) 240 lbs, eating & drinking everything in sight:
Today: 160 lbs, have kept it off for years. YOU CAN DO THIS.

From Class 3 obesity (321 lbs.) to "just" overweight (191 lbs.). I still have about 40-50 pounds to go, and progress is getting slower, but I'm not in any rush to hit my goal weight.134 -
285 to 229. Over the course of 6 years. Still fighting to drop about 25lbs and see some abs come through45 -

My medium sized shirt from the last official 10k I ran. I was 22. 29 years back. It just so happens they will be holding this one for real not a virtual one on 4/10. 🤔 may decide to enter…
