    Today's a no-bike day - gonna run a 1/2 marathon in Zwift tonight to test the knee. :neutral: We'll see how that goes. Tomorrow being a weights day will be more conducive to a long effort on the bike, m'thinks.

    Welcome, @jamesbrooks71 !! So far it's been fun - there's a healthy crowd here!

    Argh, a buddy of mine on Strava needed to finish the TdZ and I decided to jump in and ride with him. ANOTHER TdZ stage 8 with its 2.5 Knickerbocker routes. And I forgot to ease off on the trainer. But hey, got some new PRs on the climbs, demolished the sprint and PB'd the route LOL (my knee's gonna be feelin' this in the morning, though). And tomorrow's a ride day (today was just impromptu 'yeah, bro, I'll join ya!!'). Heaven help me.
