Thanks for posting those links, @DancingMoosie! I peeked at them & liked what I saw.

Is anyone following the Blossom playlist? I've done the first 2. Not sure if I am going to continue daily, but I do want at least 3, 5 days would be fine.

I’m doing Blossom. Tomorrow’s flow looks more like something from Move, so I’m excited for that.

I'm doing Blossom, but will switch a couple of days so I can fit the longer workouts in on the weekend. I did the Heart Chakra one today. I want to do the more dynamic workouts to keep the strength work going following on from Move! I will try and do yoga every day. I know I can. It's an exercise I enjoy and feel the benefit from, which gives me more motivation to do it :-)

I agree. Please share the practices you find that suit your goals, I'd love to try them!

So this morning I did the 'weight loss' 35 min workout. I'm not sure I'd drop a lot of weight doing yoga, I would rather get stronger and more flexible! I did an hour studio yoga class in the week and my Fitbit reckoned I used 89 cals. I used more calories walking there and back 😂 Does anyone remember Geri Spice and Madonna banging on about Ashtanga yoga years ago for weight loss?
I have some Teams meetings at work where we listen in to the bosses telling us 'stuff', so I might try a walking youtube vid from one of @DancingMoosie's list in the background.

I liked today’s Blossom, but I had to modify the vinyasa flows because an old shoulder injury decided to creep back in. I agree with the daily practice being sustainable and enjoyable!

I did a Grow With Jo walking workout today while in a 'listening' meeting (where I don't have to participate so camera off and on mute). An extra 90 cals and 2000 steps! Great idea, thank you! Might try it wearing trakkie bottoms next time, jeans not very practical.

This morning's YWA I did the 15min 'hands free' as I was reluctant to get going this morning. Thought 15 mins was better than nothing :-)

How's everyone else doing this month?

I am continuing with daily a.m. yoga, even if some sessions are short and sweet! I also like yoga with Kassandra since she has a number of 10-15 min sessions that work when combined with Fitness Blender or walking workouts.

I did the 50 min practice yesterday and am looking forward to her premier today.

I like Kassandra, her 15min sessions are great for mix and match. I enjoy the Bodyfit by Amy sessions as well.

Has anyone tried 5 Parks Yoga or Travis Eliot? Just wondering who might do a good short flow. Adriene is great, but most of these are very slow moving.

I did the Core Strength Ritual yesterday, and boy am I feeling it today!! I did the Beginner's Mind this morning so glad it wasn't too intense. I have SaraBeth yoga on my subscriptions - she does short sessions. I haven't tried the ones you mention @DancingMoosie, but might be worth a look.

I haven’t heard of those either, but I agree a faster flow would be nice. Let me know if you have any luck!

Today I did 'Yoga for self respect'. I keep meaning to do a longer vid, but I needed to pop to the shop before work so compromised with a shorter vid. I haven't had an amazing week exercise wise but still managed a 1/2 lb loss and yoga every day. I'm working over the weekend but will try and get a longer, more intense session in! I do like Adriene's out and about vids! There're a Joe Wicks workout I like where he's on a decking area overlooking some gorgeous views...

I did Rose Yoga today- I'm popping in and out of the calendar this month but I've always liked this one.

I'll probably try out the "self respect" practice tonight. Last night I did this

Nice flow, not too long, not too quick or complicated

I've had a couple of days off, been feeling under the weather. Will try and do a gentle session later! I've been stuck indoors with the bad weather as well as feeling ill so hoping it improves soon!!

I’d like to try. I’ve only heard great things about yoga and the amazing benefits for both mind and bod.

If you're looking for anything with a quicker flow, this Warrior Dance by Travis Eliot is a bit different. Starts off slow, builds some heat, then slows it back down. I love how the music picks up with the flow!

Is anyone going to follow the March calendar? I haven’t decided yet. I loved Move, and maybe will repeat it.

I'm not following a calendar. I'm still aiming for 5 days/wk and I do whatever practice suits me that day. I did Travis Eliot power yoga last night and it was a good strong flow.
