* thanks for pointing out the Epic series to me. Girvain is amazing! Body recomp, almost as a side effect to working out and challinging myself. Best @home lifting program ever!
* thank you for sharing the fritata recipe. It's the one thing that I love doing on Saturday mornings, when I want something filling and healthy, before going out for a hike.
Hope things are going well for you! 🌹1 -

You're welcome. The Epic series is the best free training program that I've done to this day. Tens of women follow it in my fitness group and their body transformation is truly impressive.
I hope you are well too!0 -

I'm back! 10 months post op. Meanwhile I've turned 36 yo. I've maintained my weight well the first 7 months, then.. the end of the year happened. Working 2 full jobs, 17 hours daily (weekends included), I've got to the point where I would skip meals due to lake of time and eating tooo much crap when I've managed to eat. At some point my husband was coming home during his working hours to nag me to eat. Anyways. Chaotic eating and very little working out -> extra weight, muscle loss, strength/endurance loss. My delts really shrink and I have a ton of cellulite. I hope I'll get back in shape in half a year. I was finally allowed to workout with 5kg dumbbells (I was using 7.5 kg before the surgery. Unfortunately I can't use the barbell yet cause it's too heavy... so I work my *kitten* however I can. I'm happy that I've managed to do push-ups again but doing 10/set is a long way from 50/set. Still, I'll take only 10/set and keep the new boobs. I *kitten* love them! :-))
I've lost 2.7kg. 2.3kg to go.
Got to burn out, once more through depression and now... now it's about me. So I hope that this year I'll cater to my needs and my health.

Glad to see you back and the amazing progress you’ve made. Definitely need to change my push up form as the video was eye opening.1

Thank you for sharing your story. You look AMAZING in both before and after pictures. I feel your pain about not being able to do a single push up. I'm using walking as my cardio and when I started I coud only do a 1/4 mile (400 meters). Now I'm doing 5600 meters (3.5 miles).0
