Morbidly obese to coaching 💪🏼

I started my weightloss in 2010 at around 117kg.. after growing in size due to an accident i had on my Bike.. laziness.. food.. laying down all day.. i had never reached this size before..
The last straw was trying to put on socks while sufforing with the huge gut and short breath.. i started dieting for 9 months.. and the final 3 after that were with exercise and low calories.. after 1 year i had lost it all.. 45kg down to 72kg at 177cm.. i had a 4 pack for the first time.. felt awesome.. loved it.. years later i kept it mostly down and played around 79 to 85kg
Covid restrictions really showed how mental health and physical health was so important.. and hearing so much instagram and youtube advice that was so contradictory before that, I had to find a way to sustain my lifestyle..
started with a Certified PT course from ACE fitness.. followed with Weight management specialist, sport nutrition specialist, and finally Body building specialist from ISSA USA. Now i can keep my fitness where i want it.. stopped using instagram and all social media except youtube.. dont belive 80% of what is said online anymore.. and i am training people into healthy habits and a better body.. currently i am counting calories and protien to recomp my body and stay at around 80kg. My exercise is 3 days a week full body weights and 6 days light stationary bike <110bpm .
Friends are welcome to add.. changing habits is more important than going hard for a few weeks and quitting ❤️

Very inspirational to read this. My goal is to lose about 40kg as I'm morbidly obese. It seems like an impossible task and I've always failed but back again to make 2022 my year. Reading your post has given me some motivation I can do this.

Its never impossible.. anyone can do it.. its always habits..
and 1 super point i have learned throught this journey.. "eat for your next activity.. dont eat for pleasure" if i have a workout i eat more carbs for energy.. after work out i get in protien and carbs.. mornings i will have some fats and carbs with a bit of protien to start the day.. always think (what have i done and need to re fuel.. or what am i going to do and how much do i need ) ❤️🙌🏻
