I'm really proud of you!! I am happy your trainer is working out, literally.
I have to chuckle, I once had a trainer for 6 months and didn't lose a single pound. He couldn't get over that ; he was mystified. I knew that it was my poor eating habits that was dooming these amazing workout benefits.4 -

UGW-122 lbs. I was there in 2009/10 and kept it off for 5 years then got lazy.
My goal is to continue with what seems to work for me. 1000-1200 calories, low carb 15 Net +/- 3(My body seems to not do well with carbs. It doesn't know how to burn them and hangs onto them way too much!), minimum 70 + oz of water, 2 meals/day on my days off(3) and 3 meals on my work days(which are long), exercise on my 3 days off. My weigh in day is Sunday.

2/27/22-156 lbs. Don't like this nor understand it. I have done more exercise than usual, the last 3 days and stayed below my allotted daily calories and drank plenty of water and not increased sodium either.

4/10/22- 151 lbs I had corned beef the other day and put on, I'm sure, water weight. It was up higher and slowly coming back down. Did 272 minutes on my Elliptical today for 17.54 miles.

@swimmom_1 I usually jus post my weight loss here weekly and don’t linger long… just wanted to say I noticed your 100 lbs loss and then your weekly new lows and am super impressed! Congratulations on the really hard work, dedication and commitment to your health and to doing it the right way _ patiently and not looking for crash diets. Keep going and you will get there (as long as you don’t kill yourself on the Eliptical - or kill the poor eliptical putting it through a 272 minute work out!). My butt muscles are hurting just thinking about it. I am sure the exercise mavens will tell you that an extreme workout if that is not your usual practice could also increase inflammation/water retention, so don’t punish yourself or the training equipment for a yummy sandwich and a momentary blip every 100 lbs or so! You are really doing amazing and the water weight will go away.4

Round 3 for me! I think I was 149-150 at the start of this. This round I’m treating myself like a scientific Guinea pig project , using the free National Institutes of Health “Body Weight Planner”. .
Goal: reach about 128.5 lbs. this round, stay with my plant-based diet, keep using weights, and lower my cholesterol in the process.
