I'm ok with this tiniest of gains this week, my Fibromyalgia symptoms have been flaring and that means my brain desperately wants to take in more calories because it thinks my body is in crisis (it's not, my body imagines it is, but it's self-induced) , so my eating hasn't been as good as the previous weeks. IT's ok, I'm not deflated, I'm still determined, there will be weeks like this in the future, it's ok, Overall loss over time is what's important.

Now, to make progress although it’s pretty clear I won’t make my April goal, I’ll try to get under the 200 mark comfortably and take it from there.

Well, I was out of town for a long weekend and pretty much abandoned my diet. I capped it all off by coming home today and brought home a thick crust pizza... 😑 Needless to say, no new progress pics this week!
