Pretty good dietary choices yesterday which kept it under 1600 (my normal is under 1400). Moderate exercise. I had a big bump down, now a big jump right back up. I donβt always understand how this works for me but I do know that TMI is likely part of this equation today. Dinner out tonight with a friend and at a later time with my oldest daughter (maybe next week?)

Four days this week I have managed to keep to my target calories for 0.2kg loss per week, and the rest of them I went over (slightly exceeding my FitBit maintenance calories) and the scales say 0.5kg loss. So it seems that I still lose quicker than MyFitnessPal thinks I should (when using my FitBit for exercise calories).
So I feel I can keep doing what Iβm doing, which hasnβt felt too hard this last week. I think finding a low calorie, high fibre, high protein snack I like helped.
Iβm currently hitting a weight where I notice real differences in my shape. I wore a tight t-shirt inside my jeans and there was no muffin top (until I sat down) and I can feel I have a waist. I donβt get a double chin anymore either. I know I notice changes more than anyone outside of me would, but they are definitely changes I like.8 -

There is no cartilage in both of my knees which is very painful when I walk. Life has become unbearable for me. My aim is to go for knee replacement operations.
However the surgeon will not operate if I weigh more than 100kg.
I have lost 10.7kg in the 38days since I started again on March 31st 2022 with the program.
This means I still have 13.9kg to lose until I reach 100kg
If I can get down to 80kg, then maybe I will not need the operations!6 -
