Hooray! Things finally moving in the right direction again!
PArt of the loss will be TOM water weight for sure, but not all. I've been more vigilant with my food this week, honestly though my anxiety has been playing a part because there have been times when I just haven't felt hungry, so I suppose unconciously I've ben eating less. I'm doing better now though so back to being strict again.
I've actually been getting outside more in the last two days, we've had lovely warm and sunny weather and I have taken the plants I grew from seed, outside to plant in the tubs on our balcony, it was so nice to be out in the sunshine. So the extra movement will have helped too.

    April 10: 15st 10.6lbs.
    April 17: 15st 8.6lbs / 218.6lbs/ 99.2kg (-2lbs)
    April 24: 15st 7.4lbs / 217.4lbs/ 98.7kg (-1.2lbs)

Total loss for April: 3.2lbs 🥳

    May 1:15st 7.6 / 217.6 (+ 0.2lbs) Booo!
    May 8: 15st 8.8 / 218.8 (+1.2lbs) Bigger Booooooooo!
    May 15: 15st 6.2 / 216.2 (-2.6 lbs) Yay!! 😁🥳

My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.6
CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM Mar 31, 2022): 199.6
    CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:

Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s

I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I GET AND STAY AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT DUE TO HEALTH REASONS I WILL SHARE ALONG THE WAY. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! I AM ROOTING FOR YOU AND SUPPORTING YOU ALL 100% WE CAN DO THIS!

May 12….. 204.6…..(Trend Weight: 202.9)….. Birthday dinner yesterday was delicious and healthy. Long travel today so leaving early. No TMI x2.

May 19….. 203.4…..(Trend Weight: 203.3)….. Quite a few Birthday and Mother’s celebrations this past week as they were scattered. Lots of travel and restaurants too. My weight surprisingly went down, but my trend weight is up from the ups & downs of it all. Dr. appointment yesterday showed an improvement in A1C but still a very long way to go. New medicine is helping, notsomuch my dietary habits. I know I can do better. We may have to change one of the meds tho, there may be an allergy as I keep rashing up at injection site. I am going to try for an exceptional week of more movement and better food and portion sizes.

I'm happy to be down another pound this week but a bit disappointed in myself because earlier in the week, I was down to 270 and I didn't maintain it. By now, I should be down to 265, according to my goals...

Hi I'm a bit late to the party with this but I hope I can join you all.

I lost the 2 stone that I put on in lockdown and then I got Covid which knocked me sideways for a month and after I recovered from that I didn't get back to the calorie counting or exercising for another month and put 10lbs back on 🥺

Not impressed with myself but I got myself back on the wagon on Monday this week.

I weigh on a Monday and my start weight was 178lbs so my next weigh day is 23 May.

Fingers crossed there will be a loss on Monday. I have been really good so far but I do tend to lose control a bit over the weekends. Takeaways and a gin and tonic or 3 🤪 are a real temptation but hopefully you lovely guys will help to keep me on track and I will support you all as well 🙂

You're doing really well and sometimes it takes a bit longer than we think to hit those goals but keep putting one calorie counting foot in front of the other and you will get there 🤗 and please don't beat yourself up about it.

Sometimes it's not all about the scales. A few months ago I plateaued for 3 weeks when I took up swimming again and even though I didn't lose any weight during that time, I did lose an inch off my waist. Keep going you're doing brilliantly 👏
