Hi everyone. I'm 50 and looking to raise my fitness levels and tone the flab. I try to do a run and practice yoga each day.
Would love some friends to help keep me accountable and motivated. 🙂

Hi all. I'm half way between 50 & 51 and have piled on fat in recent years. Trying to use MFP and Garmin to get back on track. Enjoy strength training, spin bike and cycling, oh and walking! Struggle with food tracking but will give it a go. Happy to be added. Good luck all :D

I have been following this group off and on in the 10 years I've been on MFP. Since I'm turning 60 in June, will you kick me out in a month?! :)

Hi! Will turn 40 in a few months. Recently had a medical check-up and was advised to start dieting and eat healthier. Motivating myself to start now rather than later. Friends are always welcome 🤗

Hi there, 47f looking to lose those COVID lockdown kilos that have crept on. Currently 85kgs, hoping to get down to 77kgs during a 6 week challenge being run through my gym (2 weeks in). Have been watching what I eat but I’m still gaining weight! Hoping it’s muscle as I’ve been working out hard. Need motivation to stay away from the snacks.
